Heather Kobus’ strength mini series begins on Monday, December 3. Each month these sessions have ladies finding strength and friendship through fitness and weight training. The series is geared to increasing your muscle and improving definition, focusing on appropriate levels of progression. The class is open to ladies only and of all athletic abilities.
