It’s that time again – time to PUSH YOUR LIMITS and register for Heather Kobus‘ strength mini series beginning next week at Athlete’s Arena Irmo.
As we age, we all begin to lose muscle. Adopting a strength training program is a way to take control and gain muscle necessary to carry out every day living, such as walking up a flight of stairs and carrying groceries from your car to the kitchen. Strength training may also lower a woman’s risk of disease, help with bone protection, and assist emotionally and mentally with some of the difficult things we deal with in life.
