After completing a successful Super Sets group training series, Heather Kobus has decided to add TWO additional session beginning June 4. All classes will begin at 6:30pm.
The Monday/Wednesday classes are for building strength using barbells, kettlebells and dumbbells and will focus on (1) building strength (2) improving body composition (3) core strength, and (4) conditioning. The session dates for the Monday/Wednesday series are:
Week one: June 4 and 6
Week two: June 13
Week three: June 18 and 20
Week four: June 25 and 27
The Tuesday/Thursday classes are using bodyweight exercises and will focus on (1) body weight movements (2) core stability (3) mobility, and (4) conditioning. The session dates for the Tuesday/Thursday series are:
Week one: June 5 and 7
Week two: June 14
Week three: June 19 and 21
Week four: June 26 and 28
Each session will finish with a quick conditioning or “finisher” to get the heart pumping.
These seven sessions will be held at Athlete’s Arena’s Irmo location over a course of four weeks and the cost is $91 per person.
