  4. ACCOUNTABILITY/MOTIVATION – Accountability and motivation are often the downfall for people who struggle with reaching their targeted fitness goals. Heather Kobus teaches group fitness classes at Athlete’s Arena and is dedicated to providing a client-centered approach that will produce the framework for future body and behavior transformations. She will hold you accountable and will motivate you to push past the struggle and stay on target.
