Timed Interval Training

Timed interval training is an exercise technique that helps you get the most out of your workout.

The benefits of interval training are:

  3. increased calorie burn during and after workouts

Here’s a sample workout:

Block 1:  KB Wide Leg Squat, Heavy KB Lateral Low Lunge, 1 hop up and 2 hops back

Block 2:  DB Chest Press on Balance Ball, 90 degree bent press DB, Burpee Push-up

Block 3:  BB Alt Forward Lunges (opt KB), BB Alt Reverse Lunge, Switch Jump Lunge

Block 4:  BB Dead Row-Wide Grip (opt KB), Ab Roller, Lateral Jumps
